Welcome to Tamworth Caregivers!

 

 

Who We Are

Tamworth Caregivers is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization, staffed by caring volunteers who provide non-professional services to their neighbors in the Tamworth community. Our program was developed in 1999 in response to needs identified by the Tamworth Community Nurse.

 

Our Mission

Our mission as Caregivers is to offer non-professional volunteer assistance to individuals in order that they may maintain their independence and dignity while in their own homes.

 

Statistics

Our network of volunteers provided 1727 hours of service and drove 23,946 miles for their neighbors in the past year.

 

It Doesn’t Take A Lot To Make A Difference

Please consider joining us or supporting us in our efforts.  We are always in need of volunteer providers, as well as participants in fundraising and Board membership. As a volunteer, you tell us what you are available for, and we will try to make the best match. You decide whether the request is the right match for you.
